How does it work?

Projecting digital scenery may seem daunting both technically and financially. Whilst it certainly isn't as simple as 1 2 3, at SceneryProjections.com we're making the hire of beautiful scenery as easy, affordable
and pain-free as possible.  Here's a simple guide to the process of work with SceneryProjections.com

1: Choose your show

We have an ever growing stock of pre-made shows ready to go when you need it. The stock will continue to grow so we may have even done a show that isn't on the list yet. If your show isn't in our stock, don't worry, we'll just design it for you, no extra charges!
So get in touch on the Contact page, tell us what show you're doing, when, where and how many performances.

2: We'll quote you

If you're choosing a pre-made show, the information you've given us from step 1 will be enough for us to send you an immediate and accurate cost for the hire.

If you're performing a new show, we'll just want to know  how many scenes and roughly what they are before giving you an accurate cost.

3: Book the hire

When you're happy with the cost, we'll send you a hire agreement to sign, This is our contract, once it's signed, the job is booked and we're good to go!
Don't worry about money though, payment isn't due till performance time.

4: Design Time

Pre-made show? Sit back and relax, it's all gravy. If you want to work with the files in rehearsal, great, we'll send you some watermarked files to play with.
If we're designing this show for you, here's the exciting bit. You get to be a part of the design. We'll talk through the design with you, what you want, where you want things on the screen, if you want it to look really fantastic or totally awesome. Our only caveat is that the design be re-hireable to others, so no sci-fi versions of Les Mis please. You can give us as much or as little information as you want, the more you give us, the better we'll match your vision. We'll send you the designs as they are completed so you know exactly what they're like and make any minor tweaks.

5: Hardware

You need to choose your hardware supplier, projectors and stuff. SceneryProjections.com does not currently hire out the hardware for projections, we hope to do so in the future. However, we are happy to offer any advice should you need it, head over to the Technical page to find out more. If you're in the UK, we do have some friends in the business that can help you out, check them out on our Suppliers page.
Whatever method of projection you choose, we can supply the right file type for you, just let us know.

6: SHOW TIME!

Payment for the hire is due a minimum of 2 weeks before your first performance date. Once payment is made and within that 2 weeks, the files will be delivered to you online, ready to download and put into your show.
The files will remain available for download throughout your production, just in case you drop the computer! Nice and easy isn't it really?
